I needed some gutter repairs done. We made an appointment for a four-hour window to have the issues inspected for a quote. We made arrangements to have someone there. They canceled the day of the appointment about 20 minutes after the window began because the tech got tied up with something else. I’m grateful they canceled sooner than later. Then, I just decided to get the materials and fix my issues myself. They seem like nice folks. This wasn’t a 5* first impression, but I’ll give them another try in the future.
