The owner, Mr. Colby, a very nice person, also helped me to communicate with insurance company's inspector to make sure all damages for necessary repairs are covered and approved. The company's roof replacement service was very professional and efficient. His team was fabulous and always went extra miles. More importantly, unlike some of other contractors, Colby is very responsive and responsible. And, his service also covers years of warranty. When I texted him for an issue for roof water leak I encountered, he responded almost immediately. And, the next day, his team showed up to fix the problem. He also inspected the finished job by himself to make sure the job are done right. I would say Kelsey Elite Roofing is the BEST company I have ever seen in greater Houston areas.
