Sarah Burt came right out to my home for the initial inspection & guided me through the complete process, every step of the way, with the filing of my insurance claim. She was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable! I was able to get my entire roof, gutters, fence, and interior work, completed. We recently had the pleasure of working with Daron and his team. The entire experience was great!! I connected with Daron from an ad and he was very personable, professional and attentive. He was always easily accessible and his response time is immediate. The onsite manager Justine is a star!! She continuously gave me updates. She even connected with my neighbors on either side to have their yards cleaned up of any nails, after the job was completed. That impressed me, much. The project was completed in one day. Houston Strong is the only roofing company I’ll ever use in the future. Chris the project manager did an amazing job communicating the process with me. He took lots of picture’s and explained everything. After the project was over they left my house cleaner than it was before they started. They were extremely fast and finished everything in one day. Their price was even lower than two other companies I had give me bids. I would highly recommend their services to all of my friends.
