Final Update: The team with Heritage did an exceptional job, especially after having a brief issue with the initial sales individual. Nathan and Roman took ownership and resolved the issue, the team exceeded expectations. They also worked with me to adjust work date so we could complete the replacement after storm season died down this year. Cannot recommend them enough, especially after my experience. 11/10. Update: Heritage has contacted me and resolved the previous issue. My account unfortunately got caught up in an internal mix-up during a handoff when a sales person left the company. Roman and Nathan have been professional, respectful, and responsive. They're a great team and represent Heritage well. As such I've removed my previous review.

The process was seamless and the crew was fantastic. They worked so very hard and got the entire roof process done in a day. They cleaned up everything and the roof looks so good! I love that they painted the vents to match the new color of the roof.

Chris Dumas is a phenomenal ambassador for Heritage. He is personable, impeccably thorough, and a proactive and clear communicator. He kept me apprised of my every option and was personally involved at every step, including being on site on a very hot day. His crew was thorough, very careful with my property, did a magnificent job on my roof and left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived. Hearty, hearty recommendation.

I recently had a new roof installed by Heritage Roofing & Construction. The process was seamless from start to finish. I worked with David Reilly who was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and responsive throughout. He worked with my insurance company, explained things to me, and checked on the progress of the project every step of the way. Can I give them six stars?! Highly recommend!

06-10-2025. I hired Heritage to replace my roof in June, 2023 after the hail storm that spring. This was an insurance claim. The roof started leaking about 9 months after replacement. I called Heritage, they sent a roofing crew out to my house and the crew said a metal pipe/vent coming from the roof should have been replaced. The crew put some caulking around the problem area. Heritage had the audacity to try and charge me $250.00. Rather disappointing because I told the salesman that I was willing to pay extra to ensure top quality work. I should have used the roofing company my home owner's policy recommended. Again disappointing their own roofing company said something should have been replaced during the installation of the new roof. 06-13-2025. I've spent hours over email on this going back and forth with your company. I've called many times, no one calls me back. Again, when the initial estimate was written, I told you to charge me extra to make my roof perfect.
