The representatives, Mark & Earl walked us through the entire process, explaining the materials, timeline, and cost in clear detail. They worked very well with my insurance company to make the process as smooth as possible. The crew was efficient and respectful of our property throughout the job. They completed the work on schedule and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward, even using a magnet to pick up stray nails. Marc really helped in trying to deal with my insurance and ultimately helped us get a good value on our new roof. You can tell that Marc and Earl really know the industry and what they are doing, and are not out to maximize profit. The removal and install took a day and they did a great job cleaning up. The new roof looks great, but more importantly I know I could give these guys a call if there is an issue and they'd have my back.
