I set up an appointment for an inspection. When I called, I spoke to the A.I. system and didn't know it was A.I. until halfway through the conversation. It was extremely sophisticated and advanced, it was also very helpful in getting me scheduled. Once the appointment was made, Anthony Ledford Jr. came out and did the inspection and did a phenomenal job. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. No one wants to experience a roof replacement, especially on a 1.5 year old home, but the major hail storm of April 5,2023 presented this exact situation. We were visited by numerous roofers asking for our business and Melissa from Flagstone Roofing stood out as a solid, knowledgeable professional above the rest. She was there every step of the way, everyday. Today she showed up at 4:45 am to project manage our roof replacement. Throughout the day, Melissa sent detailed photos of the progress with a play by play of what was being done level by level step by step. It couldn't have been smoother. By the end of the day the new roof was on, and the grounds were throughly cleaned up. I would definitely encourage everyone in need of a roof replacement to call Melissa at Flagstone Roofing. My real estate agent referred this roofing company to me. The experience was great. Anthony did a good job explaining the process. He was very attentive to the details. They paid attention to the weather condition, because replacing the roof should not be done when raining. What I like most, however, is the post-replacement customer service. You know, when you need to work with the roofer, insurance company, and the mortgage company at the same time, the process could be agonizing. In my case, one of the check that I mailed to the mortgage company was delayed by USPS for 2 months! After I requested a new check and got it endorsed by the mortgage company, the first check came back. You can tell how painful that experience could be. Also, with some many checks back and forth, you may easily forgot what you have paid and how much you should pay. You need someone patiently walked through all the steps with you. The customer service representative Edgard did exactly that. He was very polite and professional, always available by text or phone. I think all service industries need to use him as a benchmark to provide world class customer services.

I can't say enough. what y'all did for my father in law is beyond words. Your project manager Anthony was the best. He made sure every aspect of the project was done 100% accurate and any flaws he made sure was taken care of quick fast and in a hurry. Yall are blessed to have this guy and that excellent crew that came. They were very friendly and very funny at times. and to me that matters so much. y'all keep up the great work. y'all keep being a blessing.

Very disappointing job by Flagstone. The crew didn't seem trained at all. They made several mistakes in installation, and now my roof is leaking from multiple spots. I also found debris, sharp metal pieces, and nails all over my yard which was dangerous for my kids and pets. They refuse to take responsibility. This company has no respect for customers.
