DryMore Water Damage Katy

Finding water all over our floors at 5:00 AM in the morning wasn't the way I planned to start my day. But, After a quick call to the insurance company, the people from DryMore arrived at our house an began to work. The people were courteous, friendly, understanding and tried to make the experience as less stressful as was possible. They did great work, moved furniture where needed, set up equipment, explained everything that they needed to do and after all that they cleaned up after themselves. They certainly are a company I would recommend to everyone that might be in the same place we were. Thanks again for the first class service!!

Luis and his team were amazing. I had a huge leak in one of my rentals, with about 1.5 inches of water in the whole house. Drymore sent their team within hours and had my house dry in 3 days. Also my insurance did not cover the damages so Luis and his team were more than willing to help figure a plan to get the house dry at the lowest cost to me. Thanks guys!

Called DryMore first thing the morning following the night that my water heater broke and flood the room underneath, I was greeted warmly by an office lady on the phone. Nick came out on time shortly thereafter to walk me through the process and start the remedial works in a professional manner. I highly recommend DryMore for anyone who has water damage issue.

The water line broke from our refrigerator and water was all over our kitchen wooden floors. They came out very quickly and installed drying fans immediately. Louis was very nice and put up with a thousand questions from my 5 year old. He was very helpful and upfront about the cost and my options and saved our floors.

We had an emergency situation over the weekend when the 2 year old flooded the upstairs bathroom and my first floor turned into a shower. I did a quick search on google and knew I didn't want one of the national chains because of the lack of customer service and I didn't want to pay the insurance rates. I called Drymore and they were literally at my door within 45 minutes. Luke walked me thru a detailed assessment and gave me what I needed not the extra stuff to run up the bill. All in all the service we received was above the bar and I would recommend to anyone needing these services.
