Drymedic took the time to thoroughly explain their process. Comparing them to two other mold companies, Drymedic was by far the best, not only in price but also in the quality of their work. The other two companies failed to address a vital part of mold remediation: containing the treated areas and they didn't use commercial dehumidifiers before mold removal. Most people aren't aware of how proper mold remediation should be done, and it's a shame that many companies exploit this lack of knowledge. Drymedic provides a high quality service from start to finish. We found that their rep was on time & had a good grasp on our mold situation. The proposal was much more thorough than the other competitors. Even though their price was significantly higher than the others, we would come out better with their attention to detail. The crew was prompt, super friendly & did a terrific job. We tested negative for mold after using their service. We only had one issue & that was that our hvac plenum had been left open at the end of the job. This was easily remedied.
