The Delaney’s were an awesome team to work with! They inspected our home during our option period so that we had a plan ready to go right when we closed. They were very patient and educative, which was important to me as a first time home buyer. They took care of everything on our inspection report and more, which made the home buying process way smoother and more efficient. The crew was super friendly and did a great job communicating updates with me. Can’t wait to use them for more properties in the future :-)

If there was ever a time my expectations were exceeded, this was it. I was just hoping to get the outside of my fireplace functional enough to keep the animals out, and look reasonably decent instead it looks like new in no time holy cow. I am already looking for more stuff for them to fix.
