Great experience all around. I was put in contact with Danny. He came out very quickly to take drone pictures of the roof. I got 3 estimates for different grades and warranties. The quote for the highest quality materials and best warranty was a great price!!! I paid $9,300 for the highest level and other roofing companies were quoting up to $26,000 for the same job with same quality materials and warranties. Job was completed in 1 day and communication was great. I didn’t have to pay until I signed off on the job. I received my warranty info by email after the job was complete and they even told me about a Veterans rebate when they found out I served!

Dalco Roofing delivered poor quality roofing work on my brand-new home which is less than a year old ( The company was contracted by my Builder). The flashing installation is sloppy and inconsistent compared to other homes in my neighborhood — even other homes with the exact same design. The flashing is exposed and unsightly, and it’s the first thing visitors notice when they see my roof. Within just 4 months of living in the home, there was a roof leak — something that should never happen on a brand-new roof if it’s installed properly. When The builder contacted Dalco Roofing about the flashing issue, they refused to fix it, insisting it was “installed correctly” according to them. A reputable roofing company should follow consistent quality standards, not just their own opinion of what’s acceptable. I obtained a professional roofing quote for $3,800 to repair to properly cover the flashing, which proves the current installation is not up to standard. Dalco Roofing’s refusal to correct their mistake shows a lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care. If you want quality roof installation, proper flashing work, and reliable customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding Dalco Roofing. Poor workmanship, an early roof leak, and refusal to address legitimate concerns make this a roofing company to stay away from.
