Sam is very friendly, and quick to respond. He walked me through the whole process and stayed in communication with me from when he quoted the job, while I waited on the insurance company and he even followed up after the job was done. Sam showed up for the estimate wheh he said he would and the materials were dropped off when promised. The service was done in a day. They even repaired some rotten parts of the roof, and had someone fix water damaged sheetrock inside.

I was very pleased with my whole experience with the guys from Click To Roof. My wife and I requested a quote for roof replacement after ours was damaged in the storms a few weeks ago. I was contacted by Sam Denny almost immediately. We scheduled an appointment to discuss options. Sam was prompt, very knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining the entire process and how he could help with my insurance claim if needed. He probably provided me a quote within a day or two of our conversation. I'll admit that I did seek other quotes, but this was mostly to compare costs. I had an opportunity to go through another company for my roof at less out of pocket cost to myself, but ultimately Sam's honesty, knowledge, straightforwardness, and outstanding attitude WON my business. At that point, cost was secondary. There's something to be said for integrity, and Sam demonstrated he has that.
