This review is long overdue! Cinch Roofing is the only roofer that should be in your contacts! I got a quote from Marty a little bit before the Covid time, but I delayed getting roof done until after the Covid inflation hit. The prices were through the roof, but Marty went above and beyond to make sure I got a good price. He negotiated with the vendor and got them to honor the price, which was not heard of at this time! Next hurdle - the color I wanted from that manufacturer was no longer available. He found another brand that was just as reputable, and helped find the color I initially wanted at a good price within the range of the original. Even though I didn't ask, he was being very conscious about pricing and quality, so he made a recommendation to me for a different color that was more affordable in an even higher quality. He has a good eye for construction and bringing things together. I was initially nervous about the color but after I looked at my house, I thought actually, wow, that might look even better! I had to fight my HOA to get the color approved, but I'm glad I did. It looks so beautiful on my house! Additionally, I had a large SUV parked in my driveway that had been sitting a while. Marty and his team could have made me pay to have it moved so they can do their work, since it wasn't their responsibility, but nope they offered to help me. The car only needed a battery, but I just had been too busy to get it replaced. Marty replaced the battery for me... but then my mechanic warned me not to have them start the car since it had sat a while... so guess what? Marty and his team, manually moved my car for me, carefully following the mechanic's instruction. Let me tell you, that car is heavy and my house is not on a flat slope! One time I accidentally had it in nuetral and started getting out the car, and while trying to get hold of the car to just control it from running into a house while it slid back in my driveway, I almost got run over. It took about 6-10 of them to move that car, but they did it! As a single female, that meant the world to me! No extra charge, just genuine care for his customers. A few years later, pest control team tried to get money out of me claiming I had mold in my attick. I was thinking, well my roof is fairly new, and the leak I had was tiny before it got replaced, but I thought well it's possible. I called Marty out, and even though it really wasn't in his scope and he was confident they had done the roof properly, he still came out and looked at it. In fact, i remember he was working on the other side of town, but he left his team a little early, and came to my house. Marty, told me, that company was just trying to sell me additional services. He was right. I had 2 known restoration companies come out, there was no issue. So this just shows how much he goes out his way for customers, and is genuinely honest; whereas most companies will try to take advantage of single women. Marty and his company will always be my preferred contractor.

Marty and his crew did and awesome job replacing our roof this February. He's knowledgeable about the roof, insurance, and the house overall, very accommodating with our needs, and easy to talk to. The price is also reasonable. I would highly recommend him to my friends.

I was in a bit of a unique situation with getting my roof replaced. I am living down in Australia so I had to try to arrange a contractor to replace my roof. A couple of companies wanted to charge me extra money because it was going to be difficult to deal with me from afar, but not Marty at Cinch Roofing. Marty was very patient with me and very responsive. He answered all of my questions and dealt with the time differences, often times taking calls after hours. Marty was very professional, honest and hard working. We got our roof replaced and the outcome is incredible. He was also cheaper than his competitors.
