I don’t remember if I shared my experience previously so I will do so now. Blue Ribbon replaced my roof about 10 years ago and did a fantastic job. Steve and I hit it off in conversation when I found out he was from Iowa and I had lived there for several years. A couple of years after the replacement I sprung a leak during one of those Houston thunderstorms. Not knowing what to do really, I called Steve really just looking for advice. He told me he would have someone out as soon as possible and he would cover everything. His team came out and resolved the leak AND covered all painting and repairs on the inside. I was blown away at the level of service. I periodically check online to make sure he is still around as some of these businesses come and go. As long as Steve and Blue Ribbon are still here, that’s who I will call. When other companies stop by after storms I just tell them that I already have a roofer. Thanks for being honest and standing behind your work. You sir are different.

These guys do great work. They replaced my roof a year ago and took care of all the insurance dealings. The solar panel company caused some minor damage under one of the panel when reinstalling them. That was discovered recently. Blue Ribbon coordinated with the solar panel company and got it fixed. Steve, Kirsty, and Ernest are great at what they do and great to work with. I recommend them for any roofing needs.

After reading so many fantastic reviews of Blue Ribbon Roofing all I can add is DITTO! Well anyone can AI reviews these days. I now believe that every word came from satisfied clients. My wife made the choice of using Blue Ribbon after Steve came out a couple of years ago and looked at our roof with the recommendation that the roof was aging but serviceable. My wife kept his business card with the annotation on the back "Honest answers". When the recent storms, heavy rain, wind and large hail hit the aging roof and a leak or two developed, she said call this number and have Steve come back. I called and spoke with such a charming and informed Ms. Kristy. She set up and appointment that fit our schedule. Steve came back and did a roof review. Insurance coverage of the damage was questionable but Steve was here when the Inspector came because I couldn't go on the roof (so said my wife). The decision was made. We weren't moving anytime soon so we wanted a solid roof over our head. Steve set to work with scheduling and ordering materials. That's when we met Ernest. He became our questions answered, guidance, interface to the crew, watch person over out property and as it turned out a pretty good carpenter for a special project on a heavily damaged pool shed roof. He sweated along with the crew from end to end of the house and what a fantastic job on my shed roof. From initial contact to final cleanup this was a pride in completion for the entire crew of Blue Ribbon Roofing and all the roofers. Our HOA approved the roofing request WITHOUT EXCEPTION. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better roofing company than Blue Ribbon located in Jersey Village. Steve, the owner and his foreman, Ernest provided excellent customer service. We very highly recommend Blue Ribbon, if you’re looking for a roofing company, you can’t go wrong. We had our new roof installed yesterday, August 5. Our roof was started at 6:30 am and completed around 6:30pm, with everything cleaned up and put back in place perfectly. We couldn’t be happier. They’re great!
