The guys at Black Swan are awesome! I had several questions as it was my first roof replacement. They answered all my questions and basically walked me through the entire process. When they got the green light is when they really kicked it up a notch! The materials were delivered a day later, and they were at my home for the install a few days after that. They told me they would be starting by 6 AM, and they were on my roof at 5:50! The old roof came off, got cleaned up, decking repaired and the new roof completed before the sun went down. The bottom line is they told me exactly what to expect, and met or exceeded those expectations. From pricing of materials, to the process, to the paperwork, they were professional and efficient.
