From the start, he was super honest and upfront—just a genuinely trustworthy guy who did exactly what he said he would. Some of his timelines sounded a little ambitious at first, but he was spot on. He kept me in the loop the whole way and was always quick to respond if I had any questions. Super professional, respectful, and easy to work with. The crew replaced about 34 squares in a single day, which was impressive. They even fixed a screen that got damaged during the job, no hassle. The roof looks awesome, and the cleanup was solid.
