Bailey roofing recently re-roofed our home. Amazing! The crew showed up at daybreak and started stripping off the old composition roofing. By 3 PM the job was complete. It looked like a swarm of ants invaded the roof top! I watched the job from start to finish; no shortcuts, just hard work from beginning to end. Beautiful job. We moved into a new place and decided to get solar panels. The company came to install and noted hail damage. The insurance company balked (surprise). Bailey Roofing was referred to me and not only did they come out to assist with the appeal to include pictures and mark up, when it was ultimately denied they gsve me a very fair price on a full replacement with ice and water shield underlayment, vent upgrades, and heavy duty shingles. What was even more impressive was that the crew took care to cover the pool and flowers and then attacked the work with tireless effort, doing a full rip, repair, and replacement with cleanup in a little over TWO days...literally start to finish in two days including cleanup. When choosing a contractor it isnt just a matter of price...it is just as important to consider courtesy, care on site, and timing...all of which were stellar.

I was dealing with multiple leaks throughout my home, and their team quickly came out here and identified all the problem areas, providing clear photos, and a very reasonable quote. They were courteous and professional throughout. They left no mess behind and went above and beyond. I’m extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.
