ATI Restoration

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the way the team at ATI handled my restoration project. The communication was excellent and thorough, and the team took great pride in their work. ATI really showed up, cleaned up and made our home normal again. We experienced a fire with extensive damage throughout. They thoroughly checked and inspected the whole house from start to finish. Worked hand in hand with us and our insurance. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism from all the team and the communication was excellent. Thank you Jeremy, Jeff, Ben and Ace.. Tamara, Leti and Crew were dynamic in helping to back out and pack back my father's home. They added special details to their job of helping to restore a place called home! We are still waiting on textile articles after the storm Derecho but I know it is part of a process.

Hurricane Beryll tore the roof off my townhouse and ATI responded quickly with water remediation to ensure mold did not set in on all floors. They quickly removed drywall and set up drying fans. After the roof was repaired and it was time to reinstall drywall , ATI was no where to be found. It has been two months and still no reply for approval or a comment to say we can’t do the job. JG, my project manager, has not returned my calls. It was frustrating for my tenant and I. I was left hanging. I eventually had to find my own contractor to get the work finalized.
