Miguel initiated the claim process for us, informed us of every step and helped coach the newbie adjuster assigned to our claim. Replacing the roof with insurance money was always our hope since buying the house several years back. We had several attempts to file a claim after wind storms thwarted or denied for insufficient damage or data from the insurance company on what is happening on my roof. They always took the easy way with a drone because my roof was too high and steep. Miguel informed us we can deny the insurance company adjuster from deploying this tactic to evaluate the roof. Aragon and Miguel are essential to making the dream of a new roof possible. We are better off for it. They were done in 10 hours over the course of two days. They cleaned up after themselves and did a walk through to be sure everything is good. They have financing options available to help relieve the burden of upfront costs. We opted for our own financing, but great for others.
