They explained the process with simple terms, used the best rated products and kept us informed of their progress while performing the job. They do not cut corners and realize this is a huge investment for our family. The work was completed in 1 day by a team that worked safely and efficiently with all debris completely cleaned up after their work with a large magnetic sweep that gathered all nails and small loose items. Anderson Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof repairs. They replaced several roof vents and corrected vent flashing that had been improperly installed by the original builder. Clint took the time to walk me through different levels of service—from essential fixes to recommended upgrades—all at a very fair price. He and Clint Jr. completed the work quickly, professionally, and with great respect for our property. Hurricane Beryl made a small damage to our roof and we only noticed it after we saw stains in our ceiling. We have used a different roofing company for another leak we had before, so it made sense to use their services again. The guy came and looked at our roof and said he'd send an estimate by the end of the day (this was in the morning). To this day, we never heard back from them. A friend, who had their roof replaced recently, recommended Anderson Roofing to us, so we decided to get an estimate from them. Clint came the next day and after inspecting our roof, he explained what needed to be done without up selling anything. Price was fair so we chose Anderson to do the work. After signing the paperwork over email, I was waiting for them to call to schedule the repair but we didn't hear back (something that can be improved). A week later, I got a text from Clint saying the repair guys would be coming in the morning the next day. Good thing one of us was home, but if that weren't the case, I'm sure we could've rescheduled it for another time. The guys did the repair, took work-in-progress pictures, as well as the completed work and sent them to my husband. Everything looked great and there was no sign of them being here, meaning, they cleaned everything up. Thank you for the great work you did! Recently, my Brother-in Law passed away unexpectedly. His wife was understandably overwhelmed with various different things. They were in the process of getting their house ready to sell but knew the roof needed some attention. We didn't know if the entire roof needed to be replaced or some repairs would bring it up to speed. I reached out to Anderson Roofing & Restoration to take a look at the roof. They didn't try to push us to replace the whole roof but instead told us after inspecting the roof that they could make the necessary repairs for a very reasonable price. They took an original shingle from the roof and were able to find the same. shingle to replace the few shingles that were missing. They also alerted us to a roof leak around an exhaust stack and some resulting rotten wood. They put me on their schedule and completed the repairs within a few days! We were very happy with their work and relieved to have one less thing to worry about. I would highly recommend them and appreciate that they are local here in bring and also guarantee their work!

In a few words, superb, outstanding, stellar!! Clint, Susan, Clint Jr. and the crew were phenomenal!! Clint gave us a quick, fair and accurate estimate, as well as, gave us input into the color patterns that would work best for our home. He was thorough, professional, and brought documentation to support his Better Business Bureau standing and all pertinent information regarding the product he installs. The information furnished gave pointers on how not to get stumped by other companies who may not be as above board. That was very much appreciated. We got a sense by the end of his visit that he was a man of his word with great integrity. It’s refreshing to say we were not wrong!!! Not only that, but he sent his son the next day who brought samples and he climbed up on our roof so we could have an actual visual of the difference in color of roofing materials so we could make the best choice. Clint delivered as promised, the crew was as I said phenomenal! They were through, fast, meticulous, and we could not be happier with the finished product!
