In 2015, I had two properties re roofed by Josh and his crews. One 1600 sqft rent house and my 2800sqft residence. They did an excellent job, quick, complete and efficient. They were polite and worked with my tenants very effectively and accommodated their schedule. On my home they spent a little over one day, but there was a lot more detail work. After the jobs were done the clean up was excellent, You would never have know they had been there. Now it's 2022 and I got a call offering to inspect and reseal nail heads etcetera for a modest fee. Of course I'm going to take advantage of that to maintain the great rood they installed. I never hear about follow-up like this from roofing companies, so I was pretty impressed to hear back from my roofer. I am in the stages of acquiring another rental property and you can bet, if it needs roof repair, Josh and American Exteriors will get the call.

Josh and his crew did an A+ job on our roof! Gave us some great advice and calls us yearly to see how things are going. Getting ready to reseal the nails to extent the warrenty. Can’t beat that! Thanks again Josh! Update: Recently had more work done by the company. Happy to say we are still happy with the work they did and how quickly they were able to fix our major issue. Daniel was able to get the solar fans up to eject the hot air out of the attic within a couple days of reaching out to him. He offers honesty, fair pricing, and quality work.
