When we bought our 1960s ranch house, we knew it needed work. In the master bathroom, broken, blue, pool-like tile shifted. Mold grew. It was a nightmare. Manuel and his team gutted it. They removed a wall that had made the toilet room feel like a dungeon. They opened up the shower and toilet closet. They removed the cedar (salvaging it for our future projects) that the previous DIY owners put up on bare studs and finished it with new Sheetrock. With all of the DIY in the home, it needed much of the electrical fixed. Manny’s electrician, Martin, came and fixed so much of the mess. Our renovation included: removing a leaky set of French doors, rebuilding the wall with installation of a new window, adding new siding, installing new flooring in the master, installing new gutters around the entire house, adding a new front porch with lighting and ceiling fan, creating a new concrete slab under our car port and connecting it to the new porch, blending the roofing seamlessly, redoing my son’s bedroom, adding insulation in two bedrooms, placing new washable walls in my milking room, installing a window unit for milk room, adding tons of sockets for my milking room, installing new light fixtures in the barn, fixing a leak on the metal barn roof, constructing an amazing new metal farm rail fence backed with metal panel with two new matching sliding gates, painting the master bedroom, master closet, master bathroom, laundry, and half bath, and installing new tile in those, as well. They installed new quartz in not just the master but the half bath and guest bath. Martin added an electrical socket appropriate for our gas oven since the previous owners used electric. In addition to this, Manny’s team just poured out grace upon grace to me. They did small things to help me like put up my window boxes, carry things I couldn’t carry, hang a door for me in my milk room, fix other parts of the roof that needed it, and on and on and on. So, basically what I want to say to Manuel and his team is thank you. I feel that God really blessed us with you guys, and I appreciate you transforming our home. We just have one income, so using this amount of money for our renovation proved a big commitment. It can be scary trusting someone with such a task. I feel grateful that Manuel did everything he said he would do and more! He did it well. Beautiful!!! Thank you!!!😊

I had a tree branch fall on my roof and caused damage to the gutter, fascia and soffit. Manuel and his crew came out and repaired the damage like new!! I’m very pleased with his professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend him for your carpentry needs and I plan to use them on future projects!

Manuel, Jose. and his crew did an excellent job on my new Metal Roof, removed existing shingles down to wood deck, replace damage decking as needed, install new synthetic underlayment, also remove and replace existing roof vents/roof jacks and paint to match as close as possible to Metal Roof, comes with warranty, also they were very good about clean up and haul away, I highly recommend this company, Thanks!
