All Covered Roofing

I was hit by Hurricane Beryl & a tree landed on my home. During this time I couldn't get a roofer to come out because of the impact across the city. Thru a referral my friend said call Mark, he came out immediately & guided me thru the entire process which too many people don't take the time to do. He was patience, humble, kind and he had a whole crew that was able to handle the replacement of the roof, gutters & the patio deck. I'm forever grateful for Mark, his crew was awesome & they did an amazing job taking care of everything. He even helped my neighbor that had some roof work done poorly, Mark saw it & was like I'll fix that for free. Yep that's right this is the kind of business you'll work with. My roof is not ready to replace but I was looking for someone to come out to inspect and conduct routine maintenance. Luckily for me I came across “All Covered Roofing.” Mark immediately came out flew the drone, during flight Mark was informative and transparent. I commented that wasp come through the fireplace he suggest it could be through my chimney cap due to large openings on my existing cap. By the end of our conversation The work consisted of re-caulking and he didn’t pressure me to change out the cap even though I agreed to do so. This innovative approach allowed me to see the work done throughout the day and the different milestones they achieved. It was both reassuring and impressive. Initially, I thought replacing my roof would be a chaotic and stressful ordeal. However, All Covered Roofing truly lives up to its name—they have you all covered! First off let me tell you how uneasy and anxious it can be to find out you need a new roof. I mean who ever thinks about the roof when you aren't experiencing problems? I initiated a claim through my homeowner's insurance (since that is the reason I have insurance) and the claim was almost automatically denied. The company told me it could be repaired and would be less than my deductible so the expectation was to pay for the repairs on a 15 year old roof. Didn't make sense to me to I reached out to Mark Gobert @ All Covered Roofing. He explained exactly what to expect and went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the entire process. We needed to get an independent appraisal for the roof as the insurance would not budge. Initially I was skeptical that I would ever be approved; however, Mark being the professional he is and knowing the industry as well as he does, was able to get everything handled. Once the approval was issued, the real work began. The whole crew at All Covered Roofing were extremely professional and used the best materials. They even set up netting around my home to catch all the loose nails that came from the removal process. There were some decking boards that needed to be replaced in the process and they came prepared to do all that needed to be done to get the job completed CORRECTLY! There are likely companies out there that would've cut those corners as I wouldn't ever have known, but when you get professional workmanship, you rest easy. I've never had a roof replaced before but I know who I will call when I need it again. Hands down the best experience I've had with a contractor bar none. If you're in the market for a roof, need someone who is efficient, respectful, professional and all around great to do business with go, it's in the name...ALL COVERED ROOFING!
