In 2019 we had gutters/leaf guards put on the back or our house. This company also put a leaf guard on existing gutters. The estimator didn't realize the fascia board was at an angle, which should have required wedges, but they weren't installed. So all the water literally ran off the metal roof, over the leaf guard and on to the ground. After numerous calls, they came out and ripped off the leaf guard I paid for, promising to come back to put in wedges and replace leaf guard. It never happened. A follow up phone call to them was never replied to. In July of 2022, I called again to try to resolve this again, and never got the promised call back. We have gone with a different company who have fixed it. But I am still out hundreds of dollars of product (leaf filter) that was paid for, ripped off and never got reimbursed. This company has changed hands several times int he past 4 years. Buyer beware.

No service after installation... Beware I have 2 gutters that did not have fall towards downspouts. This is a workmanship issue. I sent a copy of inspection to their email... waited a week a called to follow up. Girl was not helpful and said they was busy. We are selling the house... and to date have not heard from them. Fyi..... No service after their sale to me
