Khanh was fantastic with dealing with our insurance to make sure they understood the roof and gutter damage was more than our deductible so that we didn't have nearly as much out-of-pocket cost. He kept us updated as the process went along. When it came time to discuss the insurance appraisal and repair, he was very up front and honest. The repair work went quick and smoothly.
