Fabricio and his team were thorough in their work. They started with the known areas and found additional areas that were infested with mold in my home. It took some time but the rooms were cleaned efficiently and we passed our retest first try.

First, communication was handled perfectly: phone calls returned very quickly, texts answered promptly, and emails acknowledged. Fabricio was wonderfully patient, explained findings and processes in as much detail as wanted, and was generous with his time and advice. He also coordinated very well with the mold inspector we had used as well as the build-back contractor. Fabricio was so kind and compassionate as his customers have all experienced distressing events such as flooding, mold contamination, or other significant home damage. He is truly concerned with the health and safety of the customer. Most important, we were totally impressed with his expertise and effort to find the best solutions for mold removal in various areas. We are pleased with the work done and highly recommend his company. We feel confident that the mold in our house has been successfully removed.

Excellent service! Highly recommended! They performed an air duct cleaning on 3 systems in our house. The staff was very proffessional, on time, organized, and had all the necessary tools for the job. They also went above and beyond to make sure the job was done thoroughly. They spotted issues with our AC maintenance and highlighted it to us so we can raise the issue with our vendor. They provided a wholesome solution at a fair cost with professional technical knowledge. They also provided a technical report after the job including pictures and follow up recommendations. We will be using them in the future for sure.

AdvantaClean did a great job remediating my property. They were able to send a crew out in just a couple days and the results helped pass the inspection. The free consultation definitely made a difference being able to ask questions and get my concerns addressed whereas some other competitors didn’t want to send someone out to take a look unless I was being serious.
