Advanced Roofing Solutions, LLC was the company we picked because of their high ratings and testimonials. I was skeptical at first, but after working with TIM PAYNE (the owner)! we had an incredible experience from start to finish. What impressed us even more was his outstanding customer service—he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, and such great communication. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the roof itself, but his attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. I was very impressed with his work ethics and commitment to perfection. Mr Payne was at the job site on daily bases at least once a day, supervising managing and directing his employees even though there were two foremen daily. Advanced Roofing performed first class work, their attention to details and knowledge of the construction process was exceptional. Advanced Roofing Solutions was a great company to work with. They replaced the commercial roof of the restaurant I work for. Advanced Roofing came out to our store in Montrose to replace our old gravel roof of 30 plus year and they did a phenomenal job. The work took less than a week, and we were impressed with the high level service they provided. I worked with Tim and Julian, and they were very transparent on condition of the roof and what repair vs replacement would look like. I chose to go with replacement, and the process was so easy. Tim and the entire crew at Advanced Roofing Solutions LLC really did a great job on our roof (see photos). We were in need of a new roof and a reliable system that would solve our water leaking issues once and for all. Tim was reliable with great follow through, and performed quality work all the way to completion. More than we were expecting. They really value the longevity of the systems they install, and want to make sure each of their customers are happy, and more importantly left with a good system installed. I also feel they are at a fair price point. They aren't going to overcharge on everything, but also are not a bottom dollar cheap contractor.
