I recently had A1 Roofing replace my roof. I was 110% satisfied! Steve and his crew were extremely professional and efficient. Job was done in the time frame stated. Their crew were at my home at 8 am and were still working at 8 pm as it was threatening rain . My yard and surrounding area were left totally cleaned. When I drove up at the end of the day , you would never have known that they were there! Steve is awesome to work with. He communicated with me all throughout the process. He also came highly recommended and he did not disappoint.

Steve has been unbelievably helpful with getting my roof replaced. Great customer focus and the work was well done. I had multiple unfortunate events happen in a row to my roof, and he was really attentive and able to work with me quickly when I needed it. Definitely felt like I could trust the work that was being done. At the end, I knew I had made a really good choice in hiring A1.

This is the second time I have Steve fixed my roof and he did a great job, quick, efficient, and he took care to explain and check after the job was done. The first time was about 8 years ago so he has been doing a great job for a long time not a fly by night shop. His pricing is very fair and honest. I would recommend to all my friends who need a roofer.

A1 roofing did a great job repairing a leak in my roof. They responded very quickly, and did a thorough job. They positively identified the location and cause of the leak. They replaced the damage plywood sheathing and matched the shingles. Their price was very fair. I would definitely use them again If needed.

A1 Roofing and Siding installed siding on our house and ended up puncturing several holes in our A/C Freon line. The A/C technician diagnosed that the siding company (A1 Roofing and Siding) was at fault. We notified Steve (the owner) who told us to pay the repair first and then he would reimburse us. But later he changed his mind and wanted to pay 50%. He denied liability and responsibility by lying that we asked him to put nails in that area. He claimed he has 25 years experience and has good ratings. But would an experienced professional listen to a customer’s request (which we did not request but he claimed we did) and drive nails through the A/C line? We tried ways to resolve the issue, but we only received unpleasant, sarcastic responses from Steve. We had no other choice but to file a small claim in court. At the end, he still had to pay his liability plus court costs. There are consequences of dishonesty and malicious lies. A good contractor-client relationship can lead to repeat business, referrals, and word of mouth marketing. That goes a long way.
