In summary, shoddy work, non-existent customer service. Eduardo’s roofer came out to fix my blown off shingles and perform maintenance on the roof. The fix seemed great after the roofer finished and I was happy after checking out my roof with my drone. But about 2 months later, when strong winds came with strong rain, the fixed shingles flew off! The shingles that were replaced because they were blown off are again gone! I had a major leak in my roof because of this. My kitchen ceiling looks like crap. I reached out to Eduardo. No response. I texted him again, because previously texting was flowing freely. No response. If you know that when an iMessage goes to a green bubble, you are blocked. Eduardo blocked me. In summary, shoddy work, non-existent customer service. UPDATE 11/22/2025: I have had 3 different roofers come out to quote the damage. Everyone said that the tiles were just thrown on top of the previously damaged shingles without proper attachment. The work performed by Eduardo’s roofer was horrible. I have since fixed the roof with a proper roofing company. The fix looks so much better and no leaks. Also notice how Eduardo is not defending himself here. Clearly a con job.
